Lately, I've been seeing a lot of kids and teenagers with neck and back pain. It must've been that time of year when they were hunched over a desk finishing up last-minute projects and studying for exams (or texting their friends?). If your child suffers from postural issues, make sure you bring them in for an assessment to get looked at. It is only that much more important to correct it now while they're going through growth spurts. It's now or never!
